1. Flexible Faux Fur Fabric Purchases (Half Yards now available) - We listened to your feedback and made a major improvement to how you shop for faux fur. Now, you can purchase faux fur in half-yard increments, giving you more flexibility to buy just what you need for your projects. Whether it’s a small DIY project or a large-scale design, this new option ensures you have the perfect amount of fabric without excess.
2. Engaging with the Cosplay Community -This year marked our debut at several cosplay conventions! We were thrilled to sponsor cosplay competitions and connect directly with the creative talents who bring characters to life. Setting up our first booths was a rewarding experience that allowed us to showcase our products and interact with the passionate cosplay community. We’re excited to continue supporting these events and growing our presence in the community. The feedback we've received by connecting 1 on 1 helps us develop new lines, provide better shopping options, and learn what the community really needs.
3. Faster Fulfillment Optional -To meet the demands of our customers, we introduced an expedited order fulfillment option during checkout. This feature ensures that if you’re in a hurry, your order gets priority handling for quicker shipping. We know how important timely delivery can be, especially for last-minute projects, and we’re committed to getting your fabric to you as fast as possible.
4. Find Your Color Card Faster - Finding the right fabric color has never been easier! We added a convenient collection of color cards to our store, helping you quickly locate the perfect match for your project. These color cards are designed to save you time and give you confidence in your choices.
5. Improved Solid Shaggy Faux Fur and Short Shag Faux Fur lines - We took the feedback from our customers and went back to the drawing board. We reformulated our popular Short Shag Faux Fur and Shaggy Long Pile Faux Fur lines to use softer and denser Japanese Acrylic. The result? A higher-quality product with enhanced texture and durability that’s perfect for a wide range of applications.
6. A New Website Experience - We’ve taken a big step forward by migrating our website to the Shopify platform. This transition has unlocked new ways for customers to shop, search, and find exactly what they need with ease. Our new site is faster, more intuitive, and designed to provide a seamless shopping experience.
